I, that's kind of a, a, a little different take on that.

That, um, that's the elevator pitch.

I, I didn't go into this project trying to emulate Shakespeare's story, but, you know, it's hard not to, uh, find any type of connections to at least one of the Shakespearean works with almost any single story [laughs] nowadays 'cause the, those, um, those are, you know, uh, the blueprints o- of, of many popular stories.

But I also like to think of it as a little bit of Hatfields versus McCoy.

But the, the real, uh, character in he- in this story is the setting, which is Florida.

It's a side of Florida that I don't think people typically see stories set in and which is important to me as a born and raised Floridian to show, uh, show the state, a side of the state where people aren't familiar with it.
