Has the, uh, experience of trying to commune and teach and hold warm data labs and all those things, has that changed you in your, your other relationships in your life?

I mean, for me, the answer is yeah, 100%.

And the-- that's why I, I, I'm looking for places to learn and places to grow and change.

And I would hope that if I'm spending this much time tending to something, it absolutely has.

It's shaped me as a father, it's shaped me as a husband, as a family member.

It's certainly shaped me as a therapist.

In, in what ways? Because we're in a space of mutual learning.

Um, so maybe you could give, uh, one of you a, a brief overview of a Warm Data lab and tell us how that experience creates a different kind of encounter between people and is able to somehow get underneath people's identities that they bring, uh, with them to the, to the group.
