Jonathan, here, how do you pick one treatment over another?
5:32
I think there have been two recent randomized trials that suggest that the addition of tafasitamab to the lenalidomide rituximab backbone or the addition of epcoritamab to that same backbone increases PFS significantly.
5:48
For that reason, in some patients where PFS is thought to be important, those are appealing additions.
5:55
I think the decision on which one of these to use is somewhat complicated.
6:01
What I'll say is that the regimens both have toxicities associated with them that are more than the lenalidomide rituximab combination.
6:10
And tafasitamab is targeting CD19, which is what CAR T cells also target.
6:17
And if you're thinking that a patient may go to CAR T, many of us are trying to avoid too much exposure to anti-CD19 agents.

So how are you going about that role of transplant with the presence of the TRIANGLE data and ECOG study that we have? Are you omitting transplant in all patients? Are you considering in some?
