Um, what made you wanna get involved in politics?
24:47
You can spend a lot of time on the sidelines whinging, carping, uh, thinking about what others are doing that you don't agree with, or you can put your money where your mouth is and have a go.
24:59
And I think the most important thing for Christians, right, and I've always said, Christians have, I think, an added responsibility with politics that goes beyond just, uh, voting.
25:10
It's understanding who you're voting for and what it means in a Christian worldview context.
25:14
Uh, and I've never said to a Christian, "Oh, you should vote for my party or for, for me personally because I'm a Christian, or my party might align with Christian values." I think it's up to each individual Christian elector to go and see what the policies are and, uh, understand from their, uh, understanding of the world as a Christian what is right and what is wrong, and make that decision.
25:37
And, and the same applies for Christians who wanna get involved in politics.
25:40
And I say to any of your listeners who are looking at getting involved, please prayerfully consider it.

What does it mean for you to be able to bring yourself into those rooms and have a voice, and, and with, along with those Christian beliefs in those important conversations?
