So what is it about Central Ohio that you think is so attractive to these different businesses?

Yeah, I think it's even bigger than that.

When you travel around the country, this is one of the fastest jobs producing markets.

It is the fastest jobs producing market in the Midwest, and it's not even close, right? So if you stacked up the net job creation from Indianapolis, you added in the Chicago metro area, and then you doubled it, That's what we're experiencing here in the Columbus region.

So we have a lot to be thankful for.

So many ways you can unpack why that's happening, but it's the underlying growth proposition is extremely strong here.

The affordability proposition, the talent pipeline that is driving our region forward, the diversity of industries here that are growing are exceptional.

And having said all that, do you feel like we really do have enough talent to fill these jobs or do you think they're going to have to be pulling people from other states?
