When I was going through the recruiting process, I was able to talk to coaches whenever.

And then the new rule change took place.

And so I went about just over a year, I believe, no contact with coaches.

Wow.

Because of COVID? No, they implemented a new rule change where you had to wait until, I believe it was June 15th after your sophomore year.
