John, do you see any, is there any way of getting from that A to B of that, we're talking oil and gas, like operator landmen that are dealing with these different units and they're looking at the different marginal wells and everything that they have? Is there any role that they can play of, should they be educating themselves about this? Should they be keeping up with certain things like in the same kind of realm that you're in that they can help? companies like Blue Hawk or they can they can help like gain exposure to that just because I feel like that education is just one of the things that we always continue to preach here and I don't know if there's a role for them and I mean I'm just throwing that out there but is there anything that like the the modern operator land man should be looking into absolutely

yeah that's a great question I love that I think just getting realistic understanding of what what the expectations are Um, and it is the wild west.

There are no rules.

There's no playbook for all of this.
