... to clients to have people wanna work with us to plan their trips, you know, and whether those are, you know, 10,000, 100,000 plus types of trips, we have to sell ourselves.

But then we're also selling the trip to somebody.

The how did, you know, why did we put this together the way that we did, and you're doing these things and you're going from here to here, and that's relaying the fact that we've had a consultation and we learned about you and what you like to do, and hopefully the trip hits the mark.

Um, but we are also selling the property we selected for you and the experience we selected for you.

Oh, nice.

And it worked out that my niece was studying abroad in London this past spring, so we could time it using the certificate and going to London to see her for Easter.

But kind of the pinch me moment from it was that we met with the sales manager when we arrived at the property, and we had met her before previously in Nashville.
