If I look back, and it's only two years, remember that we've had a new government.

When I look back at what was happening, it was very clear that everyone was sick of the last lot.

And frankly, they hadn't done enough.

They hadn't achieved enough in their 14 years for the country.

And I think that's something that they will have to face into if they're going to do anything again in the future.

So everyone was expecting it.

You know, I suppose it's that typical question of what's next, but I suppose where else is there to go for you, do you think? Sure.

[laughs]

I, it's impossible to do so and succeed I think because, as Christian said, if you look at the volume of data that's available for businesses today, if you look at the rate of change, if you look at how consumers act and, and what they have at their fingertips now versus what happened before, the amount of information you have to try and take on board in order to run an organization is vast, and you can't do that on your own.

It's, i- i- it's, it's almost an impossible concept that you've got the single all-seeing leader who runs an organization without a team.

I just don't think that exists.

And so therefore it's absolutely vital from my perspective that I get it right with my team, they get it right with their team, and so on and so on.

Think about an organization like ours.

Mm.

It's one of the things I love about this, which is you generally entrust the relationship with the guest day to day to the least qualified, lowest paid people in your business.
