Jon ErlichmanGUEST
Okay, I'm gonna call this unbelievable, but under the hood, I have a little bit of good here, Caleb.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
So I think that at the end of the day, uh, there was a certain generation that didn't jump right into the stock market.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
Uh, you know, when they came out of college, you know, your 20s, you're thinking about getting a steady job, getting a steady paycheck, and probably after that, thinking about, you know, maybe I'm gonna buy a home or what have you.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
I, I don't think that 25 years ago, pe- even though there were similarly hot stocks out there, that people were as aggressively thinking about putting a lot of money into the stock market from day one.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
I do think today, because it's very true across many cities, especially North America, you keep hearing about how life is not affordable, how buying a home is further out of reach than ever before.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
And you cannot fault, especially younger people, uh, for wanting to, uh, get theirs, uh, to find their way to generate wealth, uh, in sort of a mixed job market, again, where a lot of things are really pricey, and the stock market is so accessible to people.
Caleb SilverHOST
Is this good, bad, or unbelievable that a private equity firm is continue- thinking about paying this much for Workday?

So thank you as, as you do that, because I think that's an important thing to do.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
Um, look, I, I, I put, uh, quite a bit of work into all the content that I share in the world.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
Um, and, you know, uh, I think social media is now at a place where it is a full-time business for a lot of people.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
It used to be, you know, maybe that it was a hobby for this person or that person and, and that was really sort of the, the first, uh, generation of social media users.
Jon ErlichmanGUEST
But, you know, I'm part of the creator economy along with, you know, arguably millions of other people now.
