Uh, how can trainees that are interested get involved?

So, um, a huge variety of ways, to be honest.

Um, and it depends how you want to get involved with research or whether you w- more want to get involved from a management point of view.

Um, we're really, really keen to i- improve, uh, resident doctors' engagement in research in any way that they can, um, be that in kind of writing and developing research projects, uh, data collection or helping project management.

Whenever we run a project, um, and we will be starting, uh, at least two new projects within the next six months, um, we will advertise to every, uh, neonatal units in the country to get involved.

Um, and how that will be is it will go through to the college tutors, who will then look to recruit a local lead at each unit.

Um, and that means that that trainee will be the lead for that trust for collecting data and passing on that data.

... what's, um, I guess some of the factors you might consider in, you know, how, how wide that scope of recruitment is, um, and who else to bring on board?
