What have been your biggest challenges as a virtual middle school educator?

The challenges are, I'd say, at least five to ten times worse than the in-person school.

You have families where the parents are having to work so much that the children are basically raising themselves.

And that's tragic.

You have kids that come from an environment where nobody has ever graduated from high school.

And so the challenges that these students have are just magnified from in-person school.

You don't get, you don't get a lot of honors students.

Um, I, I know I didn't prep you with this question, but I just be curious if you could describe like what your experience was in the training over the last two days.
