How did the two of you meet and kind of what led to the formation of creating this book?

Let's go there.

Well, let me start, Zach, and I'll turn it over to you.

Zach was one of my students about 10 years ago.

And I was teaching, I taught ethics and I took a couple of other courses.

But the first semester that students were in our master's program, I taught the ethics class.

And my notion is that it's a foundation of practice, and it's a foundation of research, and it's a foundation for personal responsibility.

for the various financial aspects of where they're at, right? They have a financial dashboard on each company, but we discovered nobody has a dashboard for the leadership quality or what's happening with their leaders.

And so that's really for us where we realized, yeah, we can do a lot of good and facilitate that.

And really kind of raise the water table for all of the companies.

You know, the, the, that old saying that the rising tide floats all the boats higher.

We've been doing that regularly for the last 16 years.

So that's a no brainer, but adding on top of that, this dashboard for the holding company, all of a sudden we could give them insights and metrics and updates that would on the quality of the leadership that would allow them to find the challenges and the problems before they become a crisis and give them different than a consultant, right? We're not a consultant.

Just articulate again the difference.

Well, and, you know, looking at what Seattle's gonna want in return, I mean, not just potential fits for Shane Wright, but what are potential trade partners that would have the kind of assets that Seattle would want in return? So John, first off, do you think Shane Wright gets traded this summer? Uh, if so, or, or even if not, if he gets traded in the future, where do you see him, you know, a good fit for him ending up?

up?Well, I think to go off what Mike said, I, I do think, like, a team like Montreal, and even the Flyers too, like, they would like to get a center, a young center sooner than later.

Um, so I think for those teams, the earlier you can get Wright, you know, the younger he is when you get him, the more you can impress your, your coaching and your system on him.

Um, I mean, they have Berkeley, um, Catton, they have Jake O'Brien.

You know, they don't need to hold onto Wright.

If they can get something of similar value to Wright, that'll help them, um, you know, maybe like a young winger.

And I think, you know, with Wright, we've, we've seen him put up a 40-point season as, you know, in his age 21 season.
