So you find all these ways to cope and then you get to a point in your 40s, as we found out, and you don't have the energy to be able to hold all of that anymore.

anymore and it's at that point is where you start to actually you know like you said we learn about the sensory system and you start to really kind of come back home to yourself I think there's a real awakening at that point when you start to learn about the sensory system and learn about your nervous system and your body and it really takes away from all the stories and you start to discover it's almost like you start living through your heart rather than your head and and all these tools and coping ways it's like okay, you kind of pause things and it's like, this is where I feel safe.
