Um, so I started an Instagram page, like not even many followers, just started a page.

I thought, let's just, you know, you know the blog that everyone does, just um, journal our life.

And then I just put a calling out one day on my stories and said, "Does any mom wanna catch up that's in the same situation in Southwest Sydney?" Um, and I had three moms say yes.

Um, and we met up at our local McDonald's, um, just with a coffee and connected and like hit it off straight away 'cause we're all in the same boat.

What does coping actually look like for you now on the hard days?
