Well, that's a great question.

So the impetus behind this kind of alludes to question one we just did.

to survive in the world nowadays as things have changed, and now the majority of people are in a system-based type of practice as opposed to private practice, you need to be able to survive and be relevant.

So, and it's not impossible.

People, the systems will have you believe that without their help and support, you're not gonna survive in private practice.

You could only go to the mothership, so to speak, and do that.

So how would you advise students interested in pediatrics?
