Who or what shaped the people-first philosophy, and how do you channel that into your daily leadership?

That's a good question.

So you had just mentioned that the club has received several awards and being a distinguished club with Lee status is very important to us.

And we have a lot of great awards.

Distinguished club award is great because of the process and having somebody put us up for that award was really special for us and going through the process was incredible.

So we We are very thankful to have that.

And you talked about the belief of great clubs are built by great people.

What does a truly great member experience mean to you? And how do you keep that sense of belonging alive as the club is growing, which you clearly are doing and evolving?
