Mm-hmm.

And so started to see, like, a little bit of an o- opportunity around, um, the electrification piece.

Uh, what, what I also saw was this interesting dynamic where the asset owners were...

It was unclear who was going to own and operate the assets in that future world.

And so it felt to me like there was this big opportunity of if you had an, if you had a chance to build a trucking company from the ground up, how would you go about doing it, and, and, like, what would that pathway be today versus if I'd established a trucking company 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago? And, and it would be using the right tools for the job, thinking about the operating model that you can design by virtue of having to go out there and think through what does your customer network design look like, and it'd be using tooling that perhaps didn't exist in the past.

And, and so I was playing around with the idea of it feels like we have a great narrative around driving efficiency in the industry, both in terms of the electrification component and the autonomy component.

But it felt, felt also clear that it needed, it, like, there was an opportunity for me to go and become an operator there.
