Do you think it resonated when it came out post-COVID, that kind of sense of longing, maybe isolation, crisis?

Are you as optimistic as Alexandre about the next 20 trillion? I

would say yes.

But how have you leveraged the relationships with other levels of government? One, to ensure that Newmarket's getting its fair share of funding and services, but also then leveraging that, I guess, to see some of these more creative solutions that you're just talking about?

Yeah.

So the creative solutions are really standalone.

They're new market centric.

We've created them.

We've created a municipal capital facilities agreement with a developer that is significantly funding some key projects in the town over a period of years, but also has allowed us to do some significant environmental things there.

Every home is required to have a heat pump, over a thousand homes.
