Maybe they regress a little bit, but they still should be okay in this new conference.

It's interesting because they'll have a first-year coordinator who's spent a long time as a coach at San Diego State.

He's a former San Diego running back, a star running back, who's now a defensive coordinator.

That's Demetrius Sumler, but he's been here a long time.

I was coaching the secondary coach players like Chris Johnson, who you mentioned was a first-round selection of Miami, the only non-P4 player.

that was taken in the first round last year was Chris Johnson, the 27th overall.

I think they're going to respond to the noise.

Is there one main thing that you're truly looking for in this game against Portland State that you want answered before you head on to week two?

should be leaning towards depowering the boat, right?

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, so that's what you'll be looking at is setting these procedures to say, hey, listen, you call down below.

I know you're sleeping right now, but it's 19 now.

And, you know, if it goes to 22, 23, we're going to have to, you know, put a reef in.

I'm going to need you for that.

Right.

That's appeal.
