Have you had a situation with a failure that taught you more than a success story might have ever taught you in how to approach something with the right outlook?

Yeah, I would say probably, you know... getting like getting laid off you know is is is is is a failure you know like let's face it i mean you know we can say oh i got laid off with the group but even though this is a group layoff you were the low person on the totem pole for whatever reason because if you truly were valued more than the people that they retained well they would have retained you right so so i think it's important to recognize that and reflect um and i'm thinking about a situation where you know it was toxic work environment.

You know, without getting into too many details, it was a situation where we had somebody running medical affairs who had no prior medical affairs experience and had very little trust in the team, yet had and still has some very talented people on the team.

And so I think, you know, going into that situation, when I reflect, I think, yeah, I was not mindful of the situation.

I could have handled it differently.

Beginning with the interview, you know, there's some red flags like, you know, my boss got fired the day I accepted the position and then I got my boss's job.

So, you know, rather than letting that be your ego, you know, and say, wow, I got my boss's job, you know, I should have probably thought, well, that's a red flag.
