What do you look at as, in your legal, when you were heavily involved in casework and in front of judges, what's your proudest moment, highlight that you kinda look back on, reflect on when you were really involved in casework?
14:15
Obviously doing criminal defense and there's a not guilty verdict i- I think is the pinnacle.
14:20
And the reason for that is that, you know, civil cases are about money, right? At the end of the day, it's money.
14:25
But when you start talking about someone's freedom, you can't put a price on that.
14:28
And there's an old saying, if you have a problem and you have enough money, then you don't have a problem.
14:33
But if you are charged with a criminal offense, it's a felony offense, and maybe it's a, has a mandatory minimum, and you can go to prison, and you c- then of course you're gonna lose everything.
14:42
And so there were cases where everything was on the line.

12:27
That's that
12:28
... you have about 19 million veterans in the US.
12:30
And one thing that we've done, I think, as a organizations, we've decided we're gonna be the injured veterans law firm.
12:35
We only wanna represent veterans and their family members, and those who support our veterans.
12:39
The Patriots, and like I said, that word has been thrown around, but the Patriots who maybe they didn't serve, but their uncle did.
12:44
And the reason why we started doing that was because back in the days when we would do criminal defense and real estate and all these other things, we'd ask, "Why did you hire us?" And they'd say, "Because you're a veteran." So the next question would be, "Are you a veteran?" "No." "Is your spouse a veteran?" "No." "Were your parents?" "No.
12:56
But I had this uncle, and I respected him, and I'm really scared about what's gonna happen in my future, and I just feel like I could trust my uncle.
