So sometimes we have to think broader than STEM and think STEAM, right? But equally, a lot of our early careers are not just coming from the universities now.

One program that I'm really proud of and I really love is a scholarship program where we bring people straight from leave insert into the organization.

They go into roles and they have full time jobs and they're sponsored to do a three year course.

So they come out of the evening course and they get some study leave and support from us.

But it really is.

It's a different pathway for them and it gives an opportunity that maybe they wouldn't have had otherwise.

We've been doing this program now for seven years.

How about you, John? Any reflections?
