I think that just like it comes down to finding some kind of a travel funnel, whether that be the edge of doe bedding or a drain shop in between two doe bedding areas, just like get in there and just ride it out.

John ProkopGUEST
Um, if you know that you're in a, in a place where there's deer hanging around sooner or later, they're going to come through there.

John ProkopGUEST
I feel that you can go a full day and not see a deer, but then you could easily go back into that same tree the next day and see a dozen.

I mean, obviously you have to do your scouting and you have to really know your terrain too because you know as well as I do, you're hunting mornings, you have a good chance of bumping those deer as you're trying to set up and stuff.

John ProkopGUEST
But one of the most predictable areas for me personally like if i can find a concentrated food source like we were talking about where it's not acorns all over and a uh a thick bedding very very close to that food i have one of those spots right now and i mean i have a pile of pretty good you know nice 10 points and stuff and they're there in daylight right now i hunted this a few times last season and i hunted it I hunted the first, the opening day and I ended up seeing three shooter bucks together in a group.

John ProkopGUEST
And I mean, it was just one of the, like the most like gotcha, you know, Eureka moments for me.
