I want to thank, um, Captain Brian, uh-

uh-John from the 28th Infantry Battalion, who came with the color guard, thank you very much indeed.

Very much appreciated.

And I want to thank, uh, all of the representatives who came here, Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council, Lady Reid, and most importantly, uh, Father James McDonagh, Reverend Dyson, everybody here who contributed.

And es- especially want to thank, uh, uh, RTE for covering this event.

It's important that these events are put on the record and that there are, uh, people we should never forget.

And I wrote out the word, we'll never forget, uh, the tragic events of, uh, 9/11.

But it has always been the case, hasn't it? Well known.
