So if you were talking to that 60%, that movable middle who they've waited in, they've got an acceptable use policy, they are finding some cases that What are one or two things that you would advise them to really be thinking about? Is it having that internal champion that is beating the proverbial drum? Is it a skunk works group within the organization that really is tasked with pushing this forward? What's your advice?

John O'ConnellGUEST
The first is have one of your executives really become educated on the capabilities of AI.

John O'ConnellGUEST
What can you actually do with this, right? That's going to be the, because you need to have an executive driving a program that you really want to have successful.

John O'ConnellGUEST
So first, get one of your executives to be really educated on the capabilities.

John O'ConnellGUEST
where either you're taking a subset of people and you're enabling them first and then more broadly enabling, or you've got the executive that's saying, let me find the use cases that are going to be most successful.

Yeah, when you think of it, and you and I have talked about this offline many times, right? Think of an agent as taking on a complete task that you don't need to do, right? So if you've described it as my task is on a weekly basis, we get all the data out of the CRM, regardless of how you get it out.

John O'ConnellGUEST
That includes the age, the clients, maybe the client's name, and what the RMDs they've taken to date are.

John O'ConnellGUEST
I then use the tax tables based on their age to determine what's the maximum RMD they're allowed to take.

John O'ConnellGUEST
And then I take the maximum RMD minus the year-to-date, and that gives me a dollar amount left.

And the reason is because there's, you know, we do work in a regulated industry.

John O'ConnellGUEST
Not just your client data, by the way, your firm's data, right? So if you were to roll out, if you were to ask artificial intelligence, "Hey, here's my, my, uh, fee schedule.

John O'ConnellGUEST
Can you compare that to everybody else?" And you put that into a free AI, well, guess what? Now your fee schedule's kind of out in the wild, right? And anyone that can, that has access to that AI tool can actually see what your fee schedule is.

John O'ConnellGUEST
You, you know, free tools also, you know, like there's an old saying, right, if it's free, you're the product, right? So, um, with a lot of the free tools, they're gonna use that data for either training purposes.

Can you explain that activist and investor arc? And, you know, where do, like, we're next gen, right? Gen Z, millennials, where do we often come in on that arc and how do we progress along it?

John O'ConnellGUEST
So normally what you'd find is younger investors are going to start on that arc pretty early on if you look at the entire arc.

John O'ConnellGUEST
The first steps of that are finding like-minded individuals that share your values and really care about a company.
