You know, what did you learn in that experience of finding the sarcoma subtypes that can grow out TIL, and what's been your experience with some of the clinical experience so far as well?

Yeah, great question.

So as I said when I joined here, uh, ten years ago now, that at the time, the melanoma effort here at Moffitt was really in its infancy in terms of adoptive cell therapy using TIL in patients with metastatic melanoma.

Prior to that, really most of the work had been done in Bethesda at the, at the surgery branch.

And so Moffitt was-- had generated a cell therapy facility and was very interested in that work.

So as I joined, the question was, can we make this work in some way for patients with soft tissue sarcoma? As Dr.

Banks pointed out, you know, the, the, um, unmet need in terms of effective therapies is, is incredible in sarcoma.
