Yeah, so that's a great question.

So I think my first real... let's say real estate opportunity was back in 2013.

So I was part-time in Netspear.

I was working actually full-time in finance and I really hated it.

Like corporate America is just not for me.

I tried a bunch of different companies within the first, I don't know, 10, 12 years of my adult life.
