Walk us through that.

I'm like the systems thinking person.

I want to put things together and be running things from the CEO seat or the owner seat, ultimately.

Okay.

Um, and so while talking to one of my coaches, it was kind of like, well, maybe I need to bring someone on, on the sales side of things, um, to get that, get that humming more, which led to, you know, John, are you the right person to, to hire a salesperson? Like, what do you know about sales? And the honest answer is not a whole lot.

It's not my, not my background, not the hat I like wearing that, not my primary skillset.

Um, and so it turned into, I actually hired a, uh, like a fractional sales manager.
