Yeah.
7:03
And so the whole idea is, no, you're supposed to be both lion and lamb, just like Jesus in the book of Revelation.
7:11
All of heaven looks and the lion, the powerful lion of the tribe of Judah is seen.
7:17
But the apostle John, who is seeing this celestial beast, this celestial scene and this visitation looks and where the whole of heaven saw a lion, he saw a lamb that looked as it had been slain.
7:30
And so the takeaway, and I think that that was really the dual image that was presented.
7:34
Heaven saw powerful Jesus, high and exalted up, transfigured, dangerous in battle as a warrior.
7:41
He's the commander of the Lord's army in Joshua 5 and 6.

1 HR 7 MINS LATER

75:12
Yeah.
7:45
Since it's a plant bred from a mix of sorghum lines, BTx623 is an admixed genome.
7:52
That is actually exactly how the human genome is.
7:55
The human genome, different chromosomes came from different individuals when it was sequenced, and so it's quite similar in a lot of ways.
8:32
Along with differences you can see between different kinds of sorghum bicolor, this is a plant shaped by all kinds of conditions.
8:40
Sorghum has been grown in this large geographic area across, well, basically from China and the tropics all the way to West Africa, um, and sub-Saharan Africa all the way down to South Africa, and for many thousands of years, and it's adapted not just to these end uses, sweet and biomass and forage and grain, but also to the local environments that are there, and there's huge differences.

Um, how do you guys kind of work through trusting the Lord as the provider and not getting it mixed up that, hey, I'm the one providing and taking that on pridefully? And then secondly, as you kind of find transitions in your careers over time, how do you trust the Lord to kind of plot your path, um, if, as you've transitioned through different parts of your, your own careers?
9:12
Um, so I think there's a heart orientation, a motivation of what are you working and striving for? Yeah, I want to put food on the table, but if, like, uh, do I have these huge aspirations vocationally as well? In the pursuit of I'm, well, I'm doing it for my family.
9:28
A lot of the baby boomer generation on the auspices of I'm providing for my family, I'm bringing home the bills, idolatrized vocational work, and they only passed on to my generation a- and many people in this room, a vocational work ethic without a bunch of family structuring.
9:47
And so it's like, what, what is the big vocational pursuit here? Is it to feed family and do other things, or is re- really your big goal, and mine, this is mine, I'll go ahead and tell you mine.
9:57
Mine is a missionary of the Lord wherever I go.
10:01
And so right now, I have a platform, uh, Warrior Poet Society.
10:06
Before that, I was doing something else, and before that, something else still, but I've always just been a missionary and a steward, and if the Lord takes all that away, so be it.

13:10
So, um, can you just talk about, uh, addressing adults?
8:39
It's, it is something to notice, for sure.
8:41
And I have my own theory about that.
8:44
Um, I, I, I guess we're at a kind of a, a nice pause for that.
8:47
I'm like, well, what is it? How is that possible? I'm like, well, it goes back to spiritual forces of evil.
8:54
I think Israel, God has a plan for the ethnic people of Israel, uh, in that, uh, in Second, or, um, in, in Romans 11, God says that right now the Gentiles, that's us, a- all non-Jewish people, the a- the, the gospel is out to us, we're coming in, people keep getting saved.
9:15
And the Jews, who were the ethnic sons of Abraham, ha- have, have stubbornly rejected the gospel of Jesus, and we have been grafted in as children of Abraham.
9:29
We're sons of Abraham, true heirs of the promise.
