To answer that question, I think it's, it's really three things.

You know, first one's clarity.

I, I think so many times, you know, when you're a professional and you're leading teams, you try to make people work too hard potentially.

They-- You, you need to understand them better, and you need to take something complicated and make it simple without really making people feel dumb.

And, and that's a superpower to me, you know, that I think is important.

You got-- If you can speak with clarity around the, the task that's at hand, the goals of the team, the, the values and mission of the, of the company, that's certainly, uh, a difference maker to me between you being, you know, good and, and exceptional.
