So going a little bit further, a lot of the standards that we have today have been taken into account from the entire time.

The first flood ordinance was in 1984, and it had one foot of freeboard.

The standard we have today is the two foot, but we have a minimum of seven now, and that minimum is basically the same flood elevation that they had in 1984.

The 1984 maps were somewhat hand-drawn type situations.

It was someone's best guess about where the flooding was going to occur.

It wasn't always accurate.
