Tell me about your history with public transportation, just as a user of the services yourself.

Yeah, my parents met on a bus just outside my office here on Ellis Avenue in Winnipeg in 1966.

They were both going to school, which is just down the street here.

The University of Winnipeg used to be United College.

And so I guess I owe a lot to Winnipeg Transit in that sense, just my existence.

But I started taking the bus as soon as I was allowed to, which was quite young, I think.

So I remember just like getting on the bus and going downtown with my friends in, you know, like when I was 12 and 13 and just wandering around downtown.
