Now that we started off on, I guess, half optimistic, half negative view, what do you got?
13:06
Yeah, to me, I'm an optimist, as you know.
13:10
And when I look at the world, what's happening, I just think you can feel it happening, kind of a culture reinvention is what I call it for credit unions.
13:18
And if you think about cultures being people, process, and technology, boy, all of those are really in flux and changing.
13:25
Just think about with our people, are we really working at full capacity, working from home or in a hybrid, or if we call people back to the office, which a lot of companies are doing, how's that really going for optimization? Think about technology.
13:39
We have more technology partners, new kinds of technology.
13:42
How well are those implementations going? Are they getting the return on investment? Have we figured out how to partner and really manage with FinTechs? Are we at full potential there? And then you just think about the processes that are being enabled by the new sciences with data management, AI, agentic AI.

30:42
John Jenkins, I think you had another one that falls into the very clearly quantifiable bucket around the Fed.
3:15
But all three of the top three are North America, or do they have Europe and Asia in a separate category? I think number
3:22
11 on the list was HSBC in Europe.
3:26
And I was surprised to see Bank America lower in the index, too.
3:30
But if folks want to go check it out, it really is a really cool index.
3:34
They have white papers that back up kind of what their analysis is.
3:38
And they have a conference.
3:40
And I thought it was really interesting because it isn't just AI for AI's sake.

21 MINS LATER

24:33
was one where I'm like, okay, I am not forgetting this one, yeah.
12:32
So anyways, go ahead, John.
12:35
So I've been doing a lot of thinking about the future and you hear about all these sciences that are coming.
12:40
And, you know, I just think about the human beings that are going to be absorbing these sciences and are our organizations ready? And if they're not, where can they go to learn about this? And the set of sciences that in your strategy you're getting ready to deploy can be very different than somebody else.
12:57
So you might not find market offerings to help you.
13:01
And so my prediction is here, you're going to see the larger credit unions create their own learning universities in-house.
13:08
And they're going to bring in people like a John Best and a Glenn and an Ann.
13:12
But it's going to become much more formalized.

Sorry for horning in.
