And so I, like I say, I'm seeing a lot of trucks, uh, So I'm just hoping that we'll get our power before Tuesday.

I'm John Jackson, and I pastor the Trinity UCC congregation in the great city of Gary, Indiana.

And I'm framing this this way as kind of a Katrina 2.0. Gary and Northwest Indiana, from my vantage point, are experiencing a Katrina moment.

And as we know, the hurricane that hit in 2005, it did massive destruction.

But what it really did, in addition to that, was pull the covers off, as I think Gleneva was saying, pull the covers off of the lack of maintenance in New Orleans for the levees.

As the levees broke, it showed that in the working population.

So I don't know if I answered the question, but there you go.

Well, she's really good at patience, which is incredibly, I don't have a lot of patience and she does.

And I think when mentorship is like really one of the biggest backbones in our business and in the culture of our business, I think that having that plays a really important part in that mentorship that kind of allows us to be able to grow as we have.

um and she's like super disciplined like connie when it comes to um her work ethic and her discipline is it's off the charts like and i think that comes from maybe all her years of ballet before like she just has such poison in the kitchen and is incredibly graceful and but nothing gets past her like you know there's like you know uh i remember when we were working in san francisco there was like a a 45 year old cook that she made cry and she's he said my i'm not proud of that my football but he said he said my football coach my football coach didn't even make me feel this way because she would not let An inferior product passed.

He kept on putting the wrong dressing on a salad and he kept on putting it up.

He said, that's the wrong dressing.

He didn't put another one.

All right.

I'm gonna ride 10 kilometers this week, and then 50 kilometers this week, and then I'm gonna ride to work, and then I'm gonna ride 200 kilometers this week.

And then I'm gonna ride 100 kilometers in a ride, and it just kept on turning into more, and I just ke- kept getting healthier and feeling better.

And, and from it, I became the better dad that I wanted to be.

We were trying under four, but it was, there w- yeah, there was, uh...

John, how do you feel?

Yeah, I think, I don't know, it's nice to have a home, have backing, have resources to do what you love.

But at the same time, like, what Jake was feeling.

It's so nice to have creativity to break off, do your own thing, kind of like tell your own story.

And, um, you know, I, I like them both.

I mean, I think the team videos with forum were so much fun and something that is rare today.

You know, it's like, it was, it was so fun to do that.

Some of the most amazing moments and if there is any pitfalls.

Well, I can take that one.

[laughs] Yeah.

Um, so I, I, I'd gone to a meeting, uh, locally here in Pasadena with their, uh, let's call it, like, their, their visitors and convention bureau.

And it, it was about kind of how to, how to cel- celebrate Route 66, and the city was doing a bunch of their own events.

So I was thinking maybe we could be a part of theirs.

But then, you know, it's kind of more fun to do your own thing.

And so to keep it out of suspense, what beer recipe did you guys choose to do?

And Israeli tolerance for casualties as well is very low.

And they're going to see Ben-Gavir sitting there passing this barbaric death penalty law.

They're going to – helping the passers, clapping and doing champagne, wearing a noose lapel pin on his shoulder, and then his birthday cake with a noose lapel.

In America, like that – we see a noose in america we think about you know lynchings of african-americans in the south and it's like it's very super offensive to us you know and and just you shouldn't be acting like that i mean in israel you know they didn't have a death but they only executed one person in their history and that was out of adolf eichmann and now they've they're seeing that netanyahu led them down this road of constant military conflict to delay his trial again i mean it's been going six years it's it's crazy uh that criminal trial six years um and And he's led us down this military path.

What he did with Gaza, what he's doing in Lebanon, diplomacy by bombs.

And then now they have nothing else left.

Now they have nothing.

As a final question for you- Putting all this together and what we know so far, what do you think would happen next? What path do you think Trump will take? And what do you think will happen in the battlefield in Lebanon? And what do you think Iran's posture in the region will be? Because they seem to be very, very, very emboldened now.

It's roasted, spatchcocked, added to stews and gumbo, and a crucial part of today's dish, traditional Spanish paella.

The guinea came over with the enslaved Africans as their f- uh, food.

Um, one of the most, I- I'm, I'm gonna say the most delicious bird on the farm.

Uh, dark meat.

Um, this bird is by far, uh, it renders really, really beautiful.

What's interesting about the guinea fowl is that these birds haven't been adulterated by breeding.

They've just been bred, uh, from thousands and thousands and thousands of years ago.
