And then back in the 2000s, LEED came out.

United States Green Building Council had this program called, there's like a LEED certification that you can get for your buildings.

There used to be a lot of LEED projects that were happening in the area, but part of the goal of those programs is to like educate people on the right way to build and educate clients on what they want in their buildings and architects, how they want to design.

In some ways, designing and building a LEED building became like just standard practice, right? Fast forward a decade, then there's a certification called Passive House that came out, effectively looked at passive heating and cooling first, and human comfort and indoor air quality.

Could you describe where would the public see this work that you're doing to address flooding in Strawberry Bank?
