So I know you kind of talk about the one to four multiplier, right? You've got your individual factory job, but then you have all the people in the community that are really supporting that ecosystem, right? Are there any kind of favorite stories around that community impact, things that really resonated with you in going through the research?

It's a great question, Guy.

We get in some of the data and the specific stories, but one of the things that we do in the report to kind of really bring that really paint that picture is we have a couple of vignettes right where we've actually described some of the manufacturing facilities that have actually been built and not just you know here's a new plant in x location and it's got x number of jobs and it's added this much to gdp but to really understand like what is that manufacturing plant mean to the community how is it helping to revitalize the economy how is it helping to create those jobs how has it impacted people's lives so Maybe let me give one specific example kind of walking through.

It is one that we have in the report, but I think there are dozens of examples that are impacting them.

I'm going to go to Pennsylvania on the banks of Ohio River, just north and west of Pittsburgh.

There is an old Bethlehem steel facility that was built in like 1904, right? So this thing has been around for a century or more.

It is a plant that in World War II was building a lot of steel vessels for our war efforts at the time unfortunately after the war that facility more or less ran on hard times and basically shuttered and was left unused for a couple of decades right and you're kind of right in the heart of the rust belt obviously a lot of that big industrialized manufacturing was really important to the region and this plant was one of dozens that we're kind of subjected to the same fate, closing down, jobs disappearing, a lot of the economic kind of roots starting to dry up.

Curious, what's driving concentration in different states? Is that a state policy dynamic? Is that existing facilities being repurposed? What are you seeing on that front?
