So I guess the first thing I should say is there's no standard lexicon of scaling.

So the terms I'm going to use are going to be used differently by others.

And we have this US-Canada difference in how we use terms.

It would be very confusing.

So the issue here is not the vocabulary.

It's the concepts.

And then just a continuous loop of you can be at any stage at any point as part of your dynamic evaluation definition.
