Yeah.

I mean, in the best case scenario, it's all dissolved before surgery.

But because of how much fillers migrate, we'll find filler, again, right under the skin, right when we make our incision.

And I don't think that it was placed there initially 'cause you're- that's not really a place to place filler.

Right here under the skin, it's not where people get filled.

What I think has happened is that when that filler's placed, it migrates either from the time it's injected or over time.

How do they work to last longer? And is, is it better that they last longer?
