How much of that is due to the data centers?

That's a really hard question to answer.

So a few thoughts about this.

And I'll just also preface this by saying, like, I have read a lot of what's out there.

There is a forecast of a lot of problems, and it's difficult to really nail down how much of it is there.

So probably the primary driver of costs that would hit consumers from data centers is going to be from Two things.

One is a new generation that utilities will procure or build themselves in order to meet data center load and any favorable treatment that they give the data center in terms of rates, you know, lower rates than they would otherwise offer a large load customer.

What haven't we discussed that you think is important to bring up before we close.

What did that process look like?

Well, if there's anyone that knows me on this, that's listening to this, they know I'm going to be real.

I am not, I, well, let me be nice to myself.

I'm getting better with time, with goals.

There's not a, it's not a, Excel spreadsheet kind of goal like I'll throw up if I try to do that where I'm listing a bunch of different stuff.

So every year I just there is a goal that I, I believe I truly believe we can hit and then there's a manifestation I do journaling and meditation in the mornings and there's like this.

Hey, I know I could hit this number.

John, what does it mean for AIB to be involved in an event like the Irish Grassland Association Summer Tour and why do you think it's important to support gatherings like this?

Yeah, thanks, Aidan.

Look, we've been involved in this event now for 16 years and it's always a fantastic event.

And as part of Dairy Summer Tour, we've had an opportunity to visit some excellent farms.

And I know this year is going to be no different.

You know, farmers are open, best in task farmers.

They call them open and up their gates to share their insights around grass, cows and the management.

Are you expecting 2026 to be a difficult year financially?

Yeah, I bet it does

And it, and 'cause it feels so good, I think for us as lawyers, um, you have to remember when you're cross-examining, your adrenaline level is very high.

What you think is not aggressive is really aggressive.

And I think your tone should be always one of disappointment.

You're completely under control, and you just want them to take it backYou will embarrass them if you have to, but you'd rather not.

That should be your tone.

Because when I do embarrass you, it's not like I'm reveling in it.

If your property is a good candidate for solar, break out your calculator because solar installation ain't cheap.

It's like a long-term relationship.

Uh, it's gonna last for 20 or 30 years hopefully.

I heard one person say that most solar panel relationships last longer than most marriages.
