Talk to us a little bit about your career journey.

Yeah, I would call myself an accidental COO, and probably an accidental chief customer officer before that.

Um, you know, my career, I started out in consulting, started out with what was Arthur Andersen at the time.

Uh, spent quite a few years there and then took a leap to this company called Salesforce that people were saying, "You shouldn't go there.

It's not gonna end up being anything." And I'm like, "I don't know.

I feel pretty good about that." And, uh, had a very long run there.

And again, when I went there, I was a partner in, uh, A-Accenture, and I left to become a single contributor without really a specific role, and the role that they hired, I actually never did.
