Yeah, that's a great question because we are in the process of really executing on some of it at this time.

AI will become, it's a tool like anything else.

It'll become an important tool.

What we don't want Collectively, what we don't want is people out there feeding listing information into the free public available LLMs like ChatGPT and Cloud and all that stuff.

That has to stop.

We're going to lose control of the data.

Do member boards and brokerages do enough to acknowledge burnout within the industry, even with things like tech and AI at our hands?
