You would think that crypto and Bitcoin would really been adopted by the Democrats.

I grew up in poverty.

The reason why I got turned on to Bitcoin is, you know, my mother, if I had to send her money, I'd have to use Western Union and they would take 12%.

And she couldn't keep a minimum amount of money in the bank.

And so they were hit with predatory fees and Bitcoin eliminated all of that.

But when it comes to Massachusetts voters understanding Bitcoin, crypto, the future of U.S. financial policy, what do you want them to know and why should they choose you?

But when I joined the Marines, I learned it doesn't matter where you come from.

It matters how you do the job before you.

Our Commonwealth is headed down the wrong path.

Families here are struggling as home prices, energy costs, and grocery bills continue to rise.

Do you see voter ID as a potential crossover issue that could get independents into your camp? Absolutely.

Regardless of where politicians are moving, I've got to question whether everyday Democrats are moving that far left such that they would want their elected representative to spend time on something like that.

Yeah, I know.

That's a great point to make because Massachusetts really is ground zero in this affordability crisis.

We have the highest energy prices in the continental United States.

We're dead last in housing affordability.

We are dead last in private sector job growth.

We lead the nation in people leaving the state because they can't afford it.

What's going on behind the scenes and all the experience you have? Why is the jury so wrestling with this?

What are you going to do to take him down a few pegs?

Well, at least he's consistent.

He's going to be running around the country everywhere else but Massachusetts, where he doesn't live.

He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

And where's Ed Markey? He only shows up once every six years.

to try to win his reelection.

But here's the thing.

How could America survive without the empowerment consultant industry? Someone, a texter wants to know, is Deaton willing to use Spencer Pratt's group to run a cheap and effective ad campaign against Markey?

I'd like to get your reaction to the case and the verdict from the judge.

Thank you for having me and good morning.

But listen, this just shows you, obviously the tribe had a strong argument of sovereignty, that these were sacred tribal lands and that the US government can't just come in and put a 64 mile wall there.

And the judge made it pretty clear that when we're talking about issues of national security, border security, the United States sovereignty is going to trump the tribal sovereignty.

And the judge denied a preliminary injunction, stated that the tribe was not likely to succeed on the merits.

And it's a big win for executive authority.

It's a big win for deference when it comes to national security, border security, that the United States government, mainly the executive branch and the president, basically almost has carte blanche type of authority if you can make the initial connection that national security interests are at stake.

And in a situation like that, when a federal judge has made a decision, yet an appeal is in play, then what happens with the ability to commence construction? Can it be frozen, or can they proceed, and then if they lose at the Supreme Court, have to then reverse the construction that began?

What tools does the government have to really set the record straight and hold fraudsters accountable?

Well, the greatest method they have is what they're employing by holding this money back because obviously when you have states like California, Minnesota, where I'm at, uh, Massachusetts has a 14% SNAP for, for food stamps errors, the highest in the country.

And the federal government is saying, "Hey, you know, before we give you this money, these billions of dollars, you gotta show us the data to make sure that there, there isn't fraud, to make sure that American citizens are the ones receiving it and not, not illegal migrants." And that's the biggest weapon that they have right now.

Now, the real danger is obviously it's gonna become political and, you know, the other side will say you're, you're withholding money from people who's in need and playing politics, and you're punishing your political adversaries.

Unfortunately, I foresee it becoming more and more political as we go down the road, but that's a big, powerful, uh, method that the government has, and I think you're going to see more and more indictments as we get, move forward.

How did we get here?

Well, we got here because of vague, um, basically immigration process.

Basically what happened is Spain, uh, made a decision that they were going to register any person that was there illegally already there.

And there was a court ruling that said that the police, uh, can only turn you away if you're in the act.

If they catch you, you know, hopping the fence or hopping the border, but other than that, they have to leave you alone.

And then that spread like wildfire, uh, on social media that the border is open.

If you can get, uh, to Ceu- Ceuta, then you're going to be able to be part of the, uh, EU immediately.

Um, and, and particularly, I'd like you to respond to those who feel that open borders are compassionate.

need to do to actually break through and get the regime to cry uncle on this?

That is the best question anyone could ask tonight.

What we're expecting is that President Trump, from the last that I've heard, has not given the final order, but the United States and Israel was preparing to make the hardest attack against Iran, including attacking their energy infrastructure.

Iran has promised to retaliate, hitting the infrastructure infrastructure surrounding countries.

And so at the same time, you have peace agreements talking.

So a lot of sitting back, nail biting, figuring out what's the next move.

But it's either going to have to be full out escalation or the United States walks.

What are your thoughts?

Oh my goodness.

Over one ...

Joe, over one-fifth of our country's entire existence, this guy's been in office, and, and we're, we're improving year over year.

The center-left people have been offended how, how far left they went, but this is the shocking number that people don't know about Massachusetts.

8% are registered Republicans, 24% are registered Democrats, and 67%, 66-point-something, are registered unenrolled.

That means they're independents, not a Republican or a Democrat.

And so there is a movement in Massachusetts, and it's, it's because of this one-party rule.

Is there a lot of that infiltrating the Democrat Party that might push, you know, old school Democrats your way?

It's going to be a rough winter, right?

No, it is.

A lot of people, listen, the Strait of Hormuz, we're talking about upwards to 25% of all global oil goes through the Strait.

And so it impacts prices.

Even if America doesn't, you know, we get less than 2% of our oil from that region, but it certainly affects prices.

And I'm kind of surprised, David, that it's not higher, right? To be honest with you, considering this lack of ceasefire that's really taking place, we're back at striking Iran.

And hopefully it comes to a resolution.

Will that help Massachusetts for you? And do you see manufacturing expanding in your state?

Broadly, what do you expect to be top of mind for most senators?

Uh, thank you for having me.

Listen, this is going to be a firestorm of a hearing.

There is no doubt.

You have, um, Democrats coming that are salivating.

They want to talk about Epstein.

How much weight should that carry versus the controversies in your opinion?

Uh, an illegal CDL driver.

And, and look what, uh, illegal immigration has done to this state, Massachusetts.

It, it's impacted us.

The governor spent, you know, f- billions and billions of dollars.

And, and so that's a good thing.

Or the Trump accounts, a good thing.

But they, their derangement syndrome is so bad that they're incapable of acknowledging anything.

What do you think today?

He must be very groomed or extreme to think that he would have the ability to penetrate the White House's security.

Yeah, that is incredible when you think about a 19-year-old who believes that he has the ability to infiltrate, you know, the secured premises such as the White House, on the White House lawn, and then have this multilevel attack.

Listen, that's the thing that really needs to be addressed by our elected leaders.

And I know the vice president was talking about the level of rhetoric.

But again, this isn't a foreign agent.

This is not Islamic terrorists.

This isn't someone who is associated with Iran and the Iran war and proxies of those individuals.

He must be very groomed or extreme to think that he would have the ability to penetrate the White House's security.

So why don't you tell everybody, reintroduce yourself, John.

Well, I am a nonpartisan common sense person.

Really, I'm a Republican because my opponent is a Democrat, and we live in a two-party system.

But I have a unique background.

I come from extreme poverty, single mother on welfare and food stamps.

Very challenging background.

I was raped for a period of two years between the ages of 9 and 11.

Would you have supported his big, beautiful bill?

And now you are seeing that revitalization of patriotism in our armed services.

Yeah, and that just looks good for me.

It looks good for America because now we have recruitment, which was suffering very much so under the Biden administration is up.

Listen, when you get back to what the focus of being Marine or soldier or sailor, it's warfighting.

It is making sure that we can not only defend, but win when we engage.

And so returning to a meritocracy, returning to high standards, one standard.

You know, in the Marine Corps, you never leave a Marine behind.

Your thoughts about what we're seeing and was this a whole maybe just of one big grand conspiracy to use the government to get Donald Trump?

What are they?

Well, the first thing is we've learned that, uh, the suspect, uh, this guy has not cooperated, so if that's true then there's no confession.

Normally in a situation like this, the FBI would rush to get a confession, you know, which alleviates a lot of the loopholes that you're starting to point at.

And so, really, what you're engaging here doing right now for your audience is exactly, you asking questions, um, where the dots the government cannot connect.

And listen, to execute someone you're gonna have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, so the government's gonna have to answer some of these questions.

Where is the rifle? Uh, where's the videos? A defense attorney, first thing I'm gonna wanna do is hit the government with discovery requests that says give me every video.

What about neighborhood cameras? All the Ring cameras, and then you start basically working backwards to establish a timeline and whether or not you can poke reasonable doubt holes in that timeline.

What would you say as a defense attorney?
