Can you walk us through that AI journey? What caused you to launch Collective IQ and then introduce us to Collective IQ? So, yeah, we've been

playing with that with AI for well over 10 years, mostly behind the scenes, product matching, enhancing products, finding out using AI to identify savings opportunities for operators.

But of course, when ChatGPT popped up about what it was, I guess, almost four years ago now, we really felt like we needed to go deep and certainly encourage our employees to leverage AI everywhere across the business.

So I was encouraging employees to kind of use AI anywhere and everywhere.

And if you want to use Gemini, use that.

If you want to use Grok, do that or ChatGPT or Anthropic.

But then we learned that if everybody was using their own different AI tool and using free versions or personal versions of it, that our company data could be kind of compromised and employees could upload something that's sensitive that could train the AI model.

Can you walk us through that, the internal rollout and how we're starting to look at that externally to our customers?
