Where are we on the science in this space?

That's a really important question, and it's somewhat of a black box.

A-a-and I say somewhat because it's very difficult to truly suss out effects of, of therapies that patients are on, a-and this is true with any therapy for, for years and years and years.

So there are a few things which I think provide optimism, and there are also a few things that I think should make us a little bit cautious.

And I'll begin with the, the optimistic things.

One is which we live in a time where probiotic clinical trials are exploding.
