You know, a couple of years ago, we had eight, uh, cases of cholera in the field.

We still are doing a big push trying to clean up polio, but we still have wild polio cases in the, in the Philippines.

And tuberculosis is endemic here in the islands, uh, among a number of other variables.

And so, you know, that's number one.

Number two, is there sustainability? Do these, do these programs go back to the same populations over and over and over again? If they don't go back, is a large part of their outreach training the trainers? Are you leaving people in your stead who are boots on the ground? And to that, I can point to one of our thought leaders who's a dental hygienist out of Canada, who's doing fabulous work in Kenya at the Tanzania border.

Unfortunately, when we are not culturally aware or competent, we don't know what the population actually does need unless we are listening.

know, how long have you been doing this as an organization? Number two, how do you vet your providers? You know, do you take a profile on your providers? Are your, excuse me, are all your providers licensed? Are they all inoculated? Not only for the vaccine requirements of where they come from, but do you know where you're going? You're walking into a brave new world and this environment may not be anything like the environment you're used to.
