So tell us a little bit about yourself, John, and ABS.

So background on me, I am a former maintenance director and executive director in healthcare facilities.

I did that for about 10 years.

The second organization I worked for, we deployed a CMMS that I had used in my previous organization, quickly became the CMMS guy for that organization because I had experience in it and no one in their organization did.

uh in my time there i started out with my facility and was a pilot for that program during that time i walked down all of our assets collected the data and information uploaded it into the system developed the job plans and the frequency and scheduling of those job plans both for compliance assets or regulated assets in addition to just facility maintenance and equipment maintenance around those facilities Since then, moved over to ABS.

I've been there for almost four years now.

I work on the business development team focused in life sciences and university spaces as well as utilities.
