You know, for folks who understand stocks, um, another way of saying it is we're, we're buying a business, and I love the fact that you talked about, you know, the, the business 'cause I think the, the biggest challenge, the biggest difference is people think about, like, buying a single family house or a rental, and they, they try to translate that into buying apartments and, and running it that way, and they really are different.

The, the easiest differentiator I can tell you is you're buying a business.

Forget that it's apartments.

Forget that it's real estate at all.

Um, but, but yeah, like, like I said, you can, you can more easily understand, um, how the economics, how everything works with, uh, this kind of deal than some other random, uh, businesses.

Like, so as far as like real estate and apartments, you say that you, uh, do like the, the management and all that, but like what's that all about and why are apartments so great?

Uh, for someone with limited knowledge, you sure did a, a great job of your research coming into this.

And that's exactly it.

And here's what I wanna tell people.

Real estate is a great tool.

That doesn't mean one strategy is right for you.
