So as I always do, what sparked your interest in engineering?

So it's a bit of a long journey.

probably as far back as I remember my mum and dad both worked full time in the construction industry and my mum from 16 working in the office and my dad since I was more or less born and I always remember being intrigued in what my dad done because he worked away from home all the time and whenever he would come in he would always be knackered working away from home come in with the PPE he would put it in the cupboards whenever I'd go in it would be smelling of diesel, petrol, cement so I was quite intrigued with what he did Then, because they worked full-time, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents on my mum's side.

So I would spend after school and during the summer holidays at theirs, my grandad worked on the railway and he had early retirement, so he would always look after me.

And he was quite a regimented person, my grandad.

He's quite OCD, so he would always get me up early to have my breakfast and instead of cartoons, we would watch all these amazing documentaries about... pioneers in the industrial revolution like Andrew Carnegie, Nikola Tesla, JP Morgan.

So I was always quite intrigued with the industry route.

So in terms of your career so far, who stands out as a mentor and role model for you? Is there a few?

What kind of deadlines are we looking at and for what size companies?

Sure, so as with a lot of tax rules here in the UAE, it all depends on your revenue.

The pilot phase, which is being rolled out now, that is on a selection basis.

But for the majority of companies, it all depends on whether your revenue is 50 million dirhams or less.

If you're 50 million dirhams and above, then you have to have selected a service provider by the end of October this year, and your go live is 1st of January.

If you're under, which is the majority of Virtuzone clients, for example, under 50 million dirhams, you have to select that service provider by March next year with a go live of July.

What could it mean for small businesses? How do we make sure that it's not a big outlay for what they need to put in place?

Yeah, it comes down to complexity, like you say.

Do you have an inkling on how you think it's going to play out?

Yeah, well, obviously it's a huge talking point and only Zach knows exactly how he's feeling and what his intentions are.

I think he's done a good job of keeping it as quiet as he has and trying not to let it distract anyone else from it.

you know, what they need to do and how they play as a team.

The longer it goes, the more you think Port Adelaide are resigned to the fact that they're going to lose him, which, you know, I'm a little bit surprised because he's a restricted free agent.

So no matter what the offer is, Port only have to say we match it and he can't go.

But the people that I've spoken to around the club and who are in the know seem to think that that's not the way that the club will approach it.

And well, I think speaking of impact, Case, how about mid-season draftee Hugo Hulkahan? He's slotting in so seamlessly, hasn't he? What have you make of his input for the team?

But, you know, dips and hummus and all those kind of nibbly bits are they've really seen a massive growth, haven't they, in recent years? There's huge growth in

the market and we saw a few years ago that most of the products that were coming into the market were manufactured overseas.

We had a manufacturing facility here in Galway and we set up the Galway Kitchen brand and launched the products.

They're kind of inspired by Mediterranean flavours, pestos inspired by Italian cuisine and hummuses by Moroccan and Middle Eastern cuisine and it's been really, really successful for us.

It's a really popular brand.

I think it's number two in dips and sauces in the marketplace.

It's all about the quality of the ingredient, isn't it?

We have a great quality food ecosystem in Ireland from our restaurants and our takeaways, our street food, but also our manufactured food.

I was surprised you bring so much stuff.

Yeah, well, it's certainly not at the level that the AFL coverage has, but unfortunately it just takes a lot of manpower.

We've got one of the best teams in the business behind the scenes who pull it all together.

They work extremely hard and long hours.

to make sure we can get the broadcast up each week.

Those people that wanted to watch the Sturt Crows game can do it via the Sample Now subscription, if they have a subscription there.

But as I say, I think the Eagles and Glenelg today, first versus second, is going to be a ripper game there.
