And, you know, whatever happens in these other races, the state Senate has to be the place where we hold the line.

Things could get much worse here in Colorado with taxes and regulations and all of the energy mandates.

Uh, we've got 12 seats in the state Senate that, that are Republican out of 35.

That gives us one seat away from them having a super majority.

If they get a super majority, they could ram through, change all the rules.

They can ram through constitutional provisions to put on the ballot.

How do they do that?
